• Live workshops/events: Non-refundable once the event begins. You may request a one-time seat transfer or credit up to 24 hours before start.

Proof of attempt (for course refunds)
Send: (1) a screenshot of your course dashboard showing progress under 20%, and (2) one completed tracker/worksheet from Module 1.

Processing time
